The form of originality of the article and commitment to the implementation of publication ethics, must be uploaded in the prerequisite (sub) file. (word).
1. The details of the author/authors should be written in full in Farsi and English in the system and at the beginning of the article file with the name as follows: First and last name, academic rank, scientific department, university, country (full postal address); Email address of the author/authors (personal and academic email in order of priority) The responsible author is responsible for the correctness of the article contents, order of names and follow-up.
2. The position [1] of the authors of the article depends on the purpose of presenting the article and the actual contribution of the authors. Therefore, in the case of multiple authors, the order of the people and the responsible author must be specified. How to rank authors: If the article is the result of a research project, professors and faculty members present the initial idea; In this case, the first author's name is the professor's name and the next author's name is the student's name. The article is the result of group research; The order of the authors of the article and the responsible author is an agreement, which will usually be the first author or the responsible author responsible for the correspondence.
3. The responsible author (in addition to the first author) is actually fully responsible for an article regarding the non-plagiarism of an article and other matters related to the quality of the article. With this rule, the article must be the result of the authors' studies, experience, and research, implying a new scientific achievement. and be tangible. 4. Submission of a cover letter [2] including the commitment form of the originality of the article and the observance of publication ethics and the incoming payment bill are made in the prerequisite file of the system.
5. The author/authors of the article must explain the innovative and innovative aspects of their article in a few lines under the commitment sheet of the originality of the work and the request for publication.
6. The article must not have been published in another publication or sent to another publication at the same time, and the mere translation of foreign texts will not be accepted as an article.
7. The subject area of the publication is generally the science of law in different trends and the scope of coverage (specific topics) of the publication includes jurisprudence and law, philosophy of law, economic law, comparative law, political economy, Islamic law and comparative philosophy, jurisprudence, principles and rules of jurisprudence. Sociology of law, the jurisprudence of invented issues, judicial procedure, new technologies.
8. According to the ministerial regulations, the authors do not have the right to submit an article to more than one publication at the same time, and the publications are obliged to obtain from the author(s) of the article the necessary letter of commitment for the originality of the article and not to send it to several publications. In the same way, authors should not submit more than one article to the journal office that indicates multiple articles and simultaneous evaluation.
9. Every publication is obliged to determine the time to carry out the process of reviewing and judging the article in order to answer the author(s) of the article. If there is no response from the publication within the mentioned period, the author(s) can send their article to another publication after announcing their withdrawal.
10. It is recommended that respected authors while using other sources (books, articles, etc.) with in-text references, visit and exploit the 24-year period of articles published in this publication (Quarterly Journal of Legal Perspectives).

The article should have the following sections:

The volume of the article should be less than ten thousand words.
