and deception in cyberspace. The perpetrators of these crimes commit fraudulent crimes with financial and economic motives in cyberspace and by using the facilities of this space. While they have high cyber intelligence, location measurement and anonymity in the Internet space, which is a dynamic network with constantly changing content, they cleverly hide their fraudulent actions for a long time. Therefore, the scope of the harmful nature of their behaviors and the socio-economic damage caused by their crimes is usually much wider than that of other criminals. The fundamental question is: What is the cause of virtual crime? Findings with a descriptive-analytical method Like other criminals, he is subject to numerous biological, psychological, and social factors, but Studies show that although cyber white collar crime is often considered the output of the symmetry of situation and personality as the most important factors in their delinquency ; however, the barrier of resistance of the cyber collar criminal is maintained or broken by the decline or dominance of positive or negative personality factors. Thus, the behavior of the virtual collar delinquent is a function of his personality, and the imbalance of the individual's personality or the presence of personality disorders is the result of justifying their delinquency.
