Abstract
The complete relation between different claims is exist when the plaintiff and the defendant filed different multiple claims against each other or the plaintiff filed different claims while the defendant has same defenses for all claims.

The multiple claims filed may have relation with each other or one may be subject to other or all may have relation with each other and so on. In the Iranian civil code, we can find different articles relating to these relations between claims. In this paper I am discussing these articles with a comparative survey on French New Code of Civil Procedure. These phrases have very closest relation with each other and sometimes the statute has used one instead of the other.
