The analysis of the relationship between the theory of restorative justice and the principles of rehabilitation of the offender reveals the differences and differences between the two systems. Although it is claimed that restorative justice is criminal and focuses on improving the situation of the perpetrators, some studies indicate the effect of restorative justice on the well-being of offenders and the reduction of crime in them. In this study, it has been attempted to show that regenerative models and restorative justice, although similar, have two distinct normative frameworks with different functional areas and their attempt to combine them is wrong. Some studies have shown that offenders usually have satisfactory experiences with the implementation of restorative justice practices, and there are, of course, negative experiences that have been referred to. The purpose of this article is to rehabilitate delinquents and the experiences of criminals from restorative justice. Using the library method, information has been gathered. In this paper, the researcher seeks to answer these questions. Is there any meaningful insight into the methods of restorative justice and rehabilitation, how and to what extent restorative justice has succeeded in meeting the needs of the victim, and the principles and values ​​of restorative justice. What is. عدالت ترمیمی، حرکتی است که هدف آن مقابله با پیامدهای جرم از طریق اصلاح و بازسازی روابط بین سه طرف اصلی، یعنی بزه‌کار، بزه دیده و جامعه است. تحلیل رابطهء بین تئوری عدالت ترمیمی و اصول بازپروری مجرم، اشتراکات و تفاوت‌هایی را بین این دو سیستم نشان‌می‌دهد. با وجود اینکه ادعا می­شود عدالت ترمیمی امری بزه‌کار­محور است و بر بهبود اوضاع بزه‌کاران تمرکز دارد ولی برخی از مطالعات، حاکی از تأثیر عدالت ترمیمی بر بهزیستی بزه‌کاران و کاهش ارتکاب جرم در آن‌ها می‌باشد. در این مطالعه تلاش شده است که نشان داده شود مدل‌های بازپروری و عدالت ترمیمی، اگر چه با هم تشابهاتی دارند ولی دو چارچوب هنجاری متمایز با حوزه‌های کاربردی متفاوت هستند و تلاش برای ترکیب آن‌ها اشتباه است. برخی از مطالعات نشان داده­اند که بزه‌کاران معمولاً تجارب رضایت­بخشی از اجرای شیوه­های عدالت ترمیمی دارند و البته تجاربی منفی هم وجود دارند که به آن‌ها نیز اشاره شده است. هدف از این مقاله بازپروری بزه‌کاران و تجارب بزه‌کاران از عدالت ترمیمی می‌باشد. با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای به گردآوری اطلاعات پرداخته شده است. در این مقاله محقق به دنبال پاسخ به این سؤالات می‌باشد آیا بینشی معنادار در مورد روش­های اجرای عدالت ترمیمی و بازپروری وجود دارد، عدالت ترمیمی از چه طرقی و تا چه میزانی موفق به رفع نیازهای بزه دیدگان شده است و اصول و ارزش‌های عدالت ترمیمی چیست.   https://jlviews.ujsas.ac.ir/article_703566_129aab45407a9d00d978bbc2a177fe7a.pdf
